Whether it be a corporate event, a team-building day, a family occasion, or dinner with a group of friends, Kaituna Valley Homestead has just the space for you. The events room, originally a billiards room, is spacious and adjoins the library which has its own open fire. With its original rich timbers, heavy draping and large chandeliers, the events room is the perfect location to escape as a team and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Our Trust has held two functions at beautiful Kaituna Homestead. First a strategic planning day for 10 people, and later the same lovely room was magically transformed to host a seminar of 50 people without being crowded.
From the moment our guests arrived they felt special. Meeting in a beautiful room with an open fire, and then enjoying a delicious lunch on the sun-drenched patios meant our events were both productive and highly enjoyable.
Hosts Sharon and John Robertson were sensitive to all our needs, understood what we wanted, and ensured everything went smoothly. I can highly recommend Kaituna Homestead and look forward to holding another function there.

The room can be set up in a number of configurations with or without tables and includes wifi, audio and video access. Typical groups can be accommodated of up to 25 at tables, 45 seated or 60 standing.
Catering is also a specialty and quoted based on your specific needs.
